Let me start with I don't like web design and am not very good at it.
The object I am using to go off of for the design is stated, but i will add reference photos with the first draft of images.

CAN YOU FIND THE PATTERN?

In the above picture the fence repeat 4 times the signs 3 times and it is only one copy of the background. In the below picture I used 2 repeats of the background 8 of the fence and 6 of the signs.
